The mission of the Elmsford Authors Fund, Inc. (EAF) is to increase literacy among the children and adults in the Village of Elmsford and environs by introducing authors and illustrators to the community. The EAF believes that fostering community interest in literature and the arts will result in a life-long love of reading and learning, and will encourage people to strive for higher creativity and achievement in education and in the workforce.
